I have booked jio airfiber 1week before this your, sales representative has taken the the advance payment of 1200/- after he said installation will be done, but it's now a week nor this representative is taking call

@JioCare My patience, I don't understand, if after using jio airfiber, can I pay monthly plan after a week, till that jio will give me internet without paying? Then why should I pay without getting any fiber, you'll take before installation payment

@JioCare Why he taken the advance payment, knowing the stock non availability, he should have been informed us that currently there is no stock of material, or the jio is not able to arrange minimum stocks for their customer's, or atleast he can do is call us, without blocking calls
