I have created a short position at 2.43 AM on 11.67 USDT price but at that time it doesn't execute due to server issue in coindcx,

I tried to exit the position that also didn't happen on time. Due to above reasons i took 1074 Rupees loss due to coindcx server issue late execution. Please refund this amount. Please take a quick action

But we can clearly see in above screenshot that ETHUSDT price was around 3920.

We have very much limited exchange in indian exchange.
I used to use international exchange, but after p2p problem i stopped using it,

CoinDCX is a good platform they are providing the future trading option but this is a big issue that needs to be highlighted.
