I purchased a Lenovo gaming 3 AMD laptop on 22nd September from @amazonIN which was a "death on arrival" product confirmed by Lenovo(DAO certificate issued). My EMI also started. Now @amazonIN refuses to replace it. @amazonIN@Lenovo_in pls look into this. @FinMinIndia@CimGOI
Worst service by @airindiain . No communication between the staff. They are unable to manage the queue properly. @IGI airport terminal 3 E & F check-in counters. Staff name- Rahul & Prasant. Very arrogant staff.

@Lenovo The replacement order was placed but on the replacement day, a delivery boy came and broke the sealed box (sealed by Lenovo). The product is already "death on arrival" and the delivery boy instantly cancelled the replacement without my consent and before knowing the actual reason
