The refund was given by spicejet but i had requested for the details about the charges they have deducted for cancellation since flight is being cancelled by them. No response is received from airline. Pls do the needful

Such a pathetic system of refund which is still pending for more than a month. No response to email, customer service long waiting no reply.
Pls do the action soon otherwise i have to go through @PMO grievance

Dear @IndiGo6E, my booking (PNR: R595PC) for flight 6E-7148 scheduled on 10 Nov 2025 was cancelled, but I have still not received my refund despite multiple follow-ups. More than 7 months have passed. Kindly process the refund immediately and provide an update. @MoCA_GoI

I had checked in the option mentioned by you. No detail is provided in that about the deduction you have done regarding the cancellation of ticket. I just required the details how much money and in which part it is taken as cancellation charges
