Last night my wife took a ride from Ola app and after reaching home she told me what had happenned with her. We tried to connect with support but ola disappointed us from their worst service. Cab was dirty and the driver took 500 rs note and run away

This issue is very serious the cab was complete mess and the driver was druken. I tried raising issues on app but no support is there no calling no. No mails. She was with baby kid if driver met with accident if something happened who was responsible. @Olacabs only hiring

Product didnt picked up by shadowfax rider and refund got rejected while calling on misho they said peoduct is not picked by rider and product is quality checked so we cant help you in this. Now they took the other product as well and disnt refund my money.
