A delivery boy in Lucknow tries to accept a Zomato order on his prepaid Airtel. Signal lags, order slips away, income lost. A few kilometres away, a corporate executive on postpaid streams a 4K film on the same Airtel network without a single buffer. Same city, same tower, same company, completely different treatment. This is what Airtel’s priority plan actually looks like on the ground. Not a tech upgrade, but a class system written in bandwidth.
