@orient_electric I made a mistake 7 months ago and bought 6 Auroquiet ceiling fans. All 6 of them have been repaired atleast once in 6 months, 2 of them have been repaired twice out of which one is still making weird noise. On top of that your customer service really sucks.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your handling of my KRAETION X3 Almirah purchase (Order Date: 3 Jan 2026, P O Number: WON038014) from VCUBE solutions near Shaurya banquet A Square complex. It has been over 30 days since delivery, and despite repeated complaints, there has been no resolution or meaningful response from your team.
The unit delivered is clearly defective—there are visible holes at the top and on the left gate (some poorly concealed with rubber knobs, others left open), and the cupboard doors do not close at all unless forcibly locked. This is not just disappointing, it is unacceptable for a company of your reputation. I am not happy with your product KRAETION X3 as it has a manufacturing fault. I want to change my product with some other Almirah. I am willing to pay the exceeding amount or if the refund is more then I will purchase one more product from your store.
Your continued lack of response to my repeated reports demonstrates a complete disregard for customer service and after-sales responsibility. My patience is exhausted.
I am demanding the following:
Immediate replacement of the faulty unit or a full refund,
Written confirmation of your proposed resolution within the next 48 hours.
If you fail to respond or resolve this matter in the specified timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate—publicly and formally—through social media, consumer forums, and regulatory authorities. Further inaction will only compel me to use all available avenues to pursue my consumer rights.
Treat this as my final notice. I expect prompt and decisive action.
