@ShiprocketCare On 8th it was marked lost. I was told to wait 4 working days. After that I was told to wait for 15-20 working days. Now it has crossed 27 days almost a month & again you guys are asking me to wait. It is really frustrating now. I feel like being harassed. @Vysheshk

@ShiprocketCare My concern is that this order COD and is pending undelivered since 3-4 days. Who will bear the loss if it is markwd RTO and why did you guys picked up if the area was not serviceable?

I have raise the issue with shiprocket since 27th May 2022 & it's been almost 20 days, I haven't received any reply from them. I have been following with them many times & everytime they are saying wait for 24-48 Hours but the issue still remains same.
