Raised a complaint 3 days ago for my broken fridge. Missed 1 call, called back — still ticket got canceled. CS says it’s rejected & can't reopen until someone calls me. No one has. Repeated follow-ups, no help. No escalation possible. What service is this?

It's been more than 2 weeks since I have paid to get a new AirFiber connection and yet no one have even contacted me for the installation or else.
