@airindia I am traveling after 4 years and still see no improvements, look at the broken tray tables, you are taking passengers for granted.
AI 184 , London to Mumbai.
@meetSJha hoping you do not run into this problem when you book tickets for your family in air India. Seems that no one cares once you have done the purchase.
@airindia Airline cancelled my 76yo mother’s ORD–BOM return. After rebooking, confirmed seats removed and being recharged. Wheelchair assist not retained. Please assist — will DM details.

@airindia did you not note it down when I shared it in my previous posts, you wanted me to delete it because it had personal details. However look at case # 36079305
@airindia your agents are lairs, the one I spoke to just now told me that they canceled the AI126 flight on feb 26th because of bad weather. That flight was canceled 6 months back. I did not know you could predict weather so much in advance , maybe you are in the wrong business.
@airindia your agents are liars. I was told that I would get my preferred seats during web checkin. None of the aisle seats were available without extra payment and almost all seats are not allocated yet.
@airindia is taking itself to the dumps. I will never travel on it and will advise everyone I know against it. Do not travel this airlines, the tata acquisition has improved nothing.
@airindia After days of inaction I have escalated here, DGCA and US DOT. Since travel date is on the 1st of March, please resolve the issue immediately. You can allocate seat 47F for ORD-DEL and 21A from DEL-BOM. These are similar seats that were booked before with no additional charges.
