Hello @AJIOLife I ordered few items from Ajio app. After delivery I found 1 item was missing so I raised complaint about the missing product. Now the customer care has closed my complaint saying all products were delivered. Is this some sort of scam?

I have been scammed by @BYJUS in the name of exam preparation. When was inquiring for the course I was told about daily online classes & was promised for refund as well.But after I purchased the course got to know there are no classes. Now no refund.Pls Help @jagograhakjago
