Presidential election in Pakistan.
In Pakistan, President is elected by the electoral college.

Article 105 ,
Governor act on advice..

According to constitution, Governor shall act on advice with accordance to
Cabinet or Chief Minister of province.

Article 104,
deals with Speaker provincial assembly to perform his functions in absence of Governor. And in his absence President may appoint any person during his absence from office.

Article 103,
Conditions before entering to office.
Governor shall not hold any office of profit organization carry any right or remuneration for his or her services.

Critical Analysis : But in Pakistan almost many public officials use their influence in private business.

Article 102,
deals with oath of Governor, before entering upon office, Governor shall make before Chief Justice of High court Oath of respective province.

And he may addressed to President while resigning from office according to 101 article of constitution.

Article 101,
Governor is appointed by President on the advice of PM.
He should not be less than 35 year of age, and should be voter member and resident of that province.

Governor in Pakistan

Word "Governor " is used from ancient times in historical event. But it gains magnification in Muslim age of ruling.
In Pakistan each province has Governor. According to Constitution of Pakistan, article 101 deals with the appointment of Governor.

Art 2 (A) deals with the Objective Resolution.

Art 4 deals with the Rights of individuals dealt with in accordance with Law.

Constitution Of Pakistan, 1973
