फार्मेसी काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के प्रेसिडेंट मोंटू पटेल के खिलाफ कई शिकायतें दर्ज हुईं, लेकिन CBI ने 2 साल तक इसके खिलाफ न FIR दर्ज किया, न अरेस्ट किया।

अगर सोशल मीडिया पर कोई सरकार के खिलाफ कुछ लिख दे तो उसको रातों-रात गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाता है।

जब कोर्ट ने CBI से पूछा कि आपने मोंटू पटेल को समन तक क्यों नहीं भेजा, तो CBI कहती है कि हमने उससे फोन पर बात की थी। CBI ने इस मामले में कोर्ट के सामने जरूरी तथ्य ही नहीं रखे।

अगर आपको फॉर्मेसी कॉलेज की मान्यता चाहिए, तो उसके लिए एक प्रोसेस होता है, लेकिन यहां आप सिर्फ पैसे दीजिए और लाइसेंस ले लीजिए।

इतने गंभीर आरोपों के बावजूद भी CBI को मोंटू पटेल के खिलाफ जैसी कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए, वो नहीं की जा रही है।
