I am happy to share that our paper, published in Scientific Data (Bioacoustics Collection), has been accepted for publication. It describes a collection of 25 DOI folders containing South Pacific acoustic recordings, ranging from drifting antennas to classical PAM recordings!
I’m very pleased to share that my PhD thesis has been awarded the HERA Doctoral Thesis Award (2024-2025), granted by the Foundation for Future Generations!
I am truly honored to join the HERA awardees community.

Exactly one month ago, I was wrapping up an inspiring research stay at @WHOI . I had the chance to work with outstanding scientists, learn a great deal about automatic detection, underwater robotics, and marine ecology, and collaborate with people THANK YOU to all of them!
Dear Ecology Community,
Mark your calendars! The World Ecoacoustics Congress 2026 will be held in CAIRNS, AUSTRALIA from the 17th to the 21st of August! https://t.co/P7NfkLLA9P
Calls for symposia and workshops are currently open!
It’s #CoralReefAwareness Week! 🪸
Reefs play vital role in the tropical ocean food web. It's up to each of us to help protect them.

“Evidence of vertical stratification in marine environments: insights from passive acoustic monitoring in French Polynesia” — accepted in Deep-Sea Research Part I.
&
“Exploring potential fish sound producers in Polynesian lower mesophotic coral reefs” — accepted in Coral Reefs.
I’m happy to share the acceptance of two of our articles! One focuses on the rariphotic zone, and the other on mesophotic reef fish. A big thank you to all our collaborators who made this possible. ⛵ 🏝️ 🪸
