@AmazonHelp We have tried this but not working, they are asking us to reopen the safe t claim. We tried to re open the safe t claim and again same reply. Hence need escalation.
@AmazonHelp We have been replying to the Safe T claim panel and the team has been giving a same copy paste reply. They said the return is delivered but we have not received the same. Also there is no update of the delivery on the seller flex returns portal.
