3 years ago I said 'yep that's me' on this platform.
A lot happened since then. Changed my name, I started Testo, got my mastec and now?
Happier than ever.
Fellow trans* ppl: Hang in there. You can figure this out. It gets better ♡

Sometimes you are a bit late to certain stuff.
But I guess better late than never:
Hi. It's Max or René. Non-binary pal on their way to a body that fits better.
#TransDayOfVisibility
My friends, this thread has gone out of control so forgive me if I miss any of your questions or replies!
One final note, it’s been brought to my attention the second image is AI. I didn’t realize this when I grabbed it, as image search has become inundated with unlabeled AI.
The reason your brain associates them this way is because of the artwork of Alan Lee and John Howe for Tolkien’s writing. It’s easy to see why they chose these styles.
They also worked on designs for the Jackson LOTR trilogy. Hence why we all just seem to “know” which is which.
I elaborated elsewhere, but for anyone new:
Nouveau is a style inspired by trees, nature, curves, and the female form. Quite elvish.
Deco uses hard angles, geometric shapes, and bold patterns inspired by several different cultures. It’s associated with opulence. Very dwarvish.
Elves: Here you see two of our most revered ladies from a time greater than our own. Notice the care with which the artist’s brushstrokes caress their features.
Dwarves: First one’s the Arkenstone. Second one’s Durin the Deathless. I dunno, I got drunk and carved it! Looks good.
Someone else said:
“Art Nouveau is when it looks made by elves.
Art Deco is when it looks made by dwarves.”
And after looking into it, I think they’re a genius and 100% correct.
Finding out u guys are using chat gpt for college is pissing me off so bad you are training machines to steal ur future jobs when u do that and ruining the environment while you do it
In addition to forcing efficiency, procrastination acts as a shield against the potential pain of failure.
It creates a built-in excuse to protect our self-esteem:
“If I fail, it’s not because I’m not good enough—I just didn’t have enough time to do my best work.”
Procrastination isn’t just avoidance.
It’s also a ✨coping mechanism✨
The ticking clock forces ruthless prioritization and time efficiency.
We repeat the cycle because—for better or worse—panic-fueled productivity works more often than it doesn’t.
To everyone who keeps saying this scene is sexist or it was made by men
Fun fact it was actually by trans women and this scene is meant to be an allegory on how trans women are treated when found out to be trans.
