@X991Xenon@LongMoWuxia@IsraeliZoomer@SugoiLITE Yeah, Murim is basically the Korean take on Chinese wuxia. They adapted the whole Wulin concept into their own style. Personally, I prefer Murim because it’s usually more brutal and serious. A lot of wuxia feels too cliché, comedy-focused, and overloaded with harems n fanservice
@CarlosOsler2@cvnide Bro... this is one of the dumbest takes I’ve seen. ORV and SL may share similarities, but story-wise they’re completely different. Calling ORV an SL copy is like calling Shangri-La Frontier an SAO copy just because both are set in a game. See how stupid that sounds? lmao
@Re1qzz @Marcelo09465003@Z000Z_9@SugoiLITE Yeah, the novel is way better than the manhwa. Anyway, I still don’t think it’s better than Shangri-La Frontier, but yeah, the manhwa is a pretty bad adaptation of the novel imo.
@Re1qzz @Marcelo09465003@Z000Z_9@SugoiLITE Honestly, I think the novel is better than the manhwa. Still, it’s funny seeing people say all manhwas are just slop/Solo Leveling clones... that’s like saying every manga is an isekai slop. Both sides have popular trends, but not everything is the same lol.
@Drug_Lizard@uryct0s@JASS1000001 That’s the bad part? Do you even know what Shanfro is about? It’s about Rakuro, the guy who plays trash games. Shanfro isn’t just about playing one game, Sunraku learns stuff from other games too. Imo that’s the best part lol. S2 was peak, and S3 will be even more peak
@Adot1k @Re1qzz @XTachyonD@alemonspeace@JASS1000001 Both have plot armor tho... plot armor doesn’t mean the MC can’t die or lose. There are different levels of it, but every MC has some since they’re the protagonists and the story follows them. It just depends on how strong it is lol
