BR single-prototype Brush Type 4 ( Class 53 ) Co-Co, D0280 'Falcon', built in 1961, approaches Sheffield Victoria from the east, in charge of the 1G60 'The Sheffield Pullman' from Kings Cross.

The loco' was scrapped at Cashmore's yard in 1976.

BREL Doncaster Works 30th June 1985
Condemned British Rail Class 40 diesel loco 40087 in fading BR Blue livery. Withdrawn 16/8/82, the whistler would be cut up for scrap 3 months after this pic was taken.
