Der freie Mensch ist genau das Gegenteil der „grauen Herde“. Er ist derjenige, der morgens aufsteht und denkt: Das hier ist meine Zeit, meine Energie, mein Leben. Er schafft Werte, weil er sie für sich selbst will – nicht aus Nächstenliebe, nicht aus Pflicht, sondern aus rationalem Eigeninteresse. Aus diesem Egoismus (im philosophischen Sinne Rands) entsteht der größte Wohlstand für alle: durch freiwilligen Tausch, durch Innovation, durch Konkurrenz.

Der Staat, der diesen Geist brechen will, tut es mit drei Waffen:

- Moralisch: Er erklärt Gewinnstreben zur Sünde und Selbstlosigkeit zur Tugend.
- Wirtschaftlich: Er bestraft Erfolg durch Steuern, Regulierungen und Umverteilung – bis der Tüchtige irgendwann fragt: „Warum eigentlich noch?“
- Psychologisch: Er erzieht Generationen dazu, sich als Rädchen im Kollektiv zu sehen statt als Schöpfer ihres eigenen Schicksals.

Orwell hat nicht nur den Kommunismus enttarnt. Er hat gezeigt, wie jede kollektivistische „Befreiung“ funktioniert:

- Zuerst der Feindbild-Aufbau (Kapitalisten, Reiche, „Zweibeiner“, „System“, „weiße cis-Männer“, „CO2“).

- Dann die Machtübernahme unter dem Deckmantel des Guten.

- Dann die Umschreibung der Regeln.

- Dann die Lüge, dass das Scheitern nur an „Saboteuren“ liegt.

Am Ende: Laufen die Schweine auf zwei Beinen und saufen mit den alten Unterdrückern Brüderschaft. Weil Macht immer korrumpiert – und absolute Macht (der Staat mit Monopol auf Gewalt) absolut korrumpiert.

Es gibt keine kollektive Befreiung. Nur individuelle.
Wer dir deine Verantwortung und dein Eigentum wegnimmt, um dich „zu befreien“, ist nicht dein Retter. Er ist der neue Farmer. Wer „mehr Staat“, „mehr Umverteilung“, „mehr Regulierung zum Schutz der Schwachen“ fordert, sagt im Klartext: „Die Schweine brauchen mehr Futter und mehr Peitsche-.“
Die einzig stabile Ordnung ist die, in der jeder sein Eigentum behält, Verträge freiwillig schließt und niemand das Recht hat, dich mit Gewalt für das „Gemeinwohl“ auszubeuten.

One of the biggest dystopian fears I have about the future of the EU and the US is a ban on open source (and a few more signs like this), and I’d be willing to bet it will actually happen.

Specifically, powerful open-source (Chinese) LLM models that anyone can download and easily bypass the “guard rails” (via Obliteratus/Heretic).

The fact is, Chinese models are giving everyone a hard time, so this ban will be welcomed by both EU/US governments and AI corporations, which will thereby eliminate the competition:

There are more than enough reasons for the ban:

1. Powerful Chinese models are not EU Act compliant (and never will be). The EU has been giving them the middle finger from the very beginning.

2. It’s trivial to bypass all “security checks” and thus “horribly abuse” the models. This is now even the official rhetoric of Anthropic’s CEO (which I’m really disappointed about): https://t.co/CX6ooyJ3F1

3. With uncensored LLM models, you can generate as much child pornography as you want, get advice on making explosives, organizing terrorist attacks, or planning your own death.

And that’s terribly dangerous, and European citizens “must” be protected from it.

4. They are destroying the business of Western AI corporations, which are constantly “subsidizing” their operations. These companies would love to raise the prices of all their models, but they can’t because Chinese competitors are constantly releasing more powerful LLMs for free.

The fact that we have affordable versions of Claude or ChatGPT is largely due to powerful, free Chinese models. That’s why Anthropic/OpenAI can’t afford to triple their prices (which is exactly what Sam Altman would love to do).

A ban on Chinese open-source models will therefore enjoy very broad support both among EU and US politicians—who will “protect” their citizens from “dangerous AI”—and among Western AI corporations, which will eliminate their competition.

And the rest of us can “look forward” to significantly higher prices for existing AI services and police raids on our devices, where the “discovery” of censored Chinese models will be equivalent to the “discovery” of child pornography.

And I would very much like to be wrong.

Claude Code is sending info like timezone, proxy and possible AI Lab connections into the system prompt in ways Chinese users can't notice.

A coding agent with repo and command permissions should not silently hide routing metadata inside prompts. This is a serious breach of user trust.

Hier, 29 juin, après le énième trilogue secret, le rideau s’est à peine entrouvert sur ce qui se prépare dans notre dos...

D’après les premières infos non officielles, pas d’accord politique définitif. Le débat glisserait maintenant vers une vérification d’âge obligatoire (pièce d’identité ou scan facial) sur les messageries !

Négociations à huis clos, et comme souvent, les citoyens (les premiers concernés) restent très mal informés

En 2026, nous en sommes toujours au même point : une élite technocratique décide de ce qui est acceptable ou non dans nos échanges privés, et nous, citoyens, sommes réduits à attendre passivemnt le résultat de ces tractations opaques

Pas de vote, pas de consultation, pas de garde-fou réel !

Juste l’illusion d’un processus démocratique qui avance à petits pas, derrière des formulations complexes, jusqu’à ce que la surveillance devienne la norme par défaut

C’est précisément ainsi que l’on perd ses libertés... non pas par un coup de force spectaculaire, mais par une succession de compromis techniques décidés sans nous, pour nous ‼️

➡️ Pour l’instant, sans accord politique définitif, les négociations techniques se poursuivent et une adoption rapide en juillet paraît compromise... le dossier pourrait traîner avec de nouvelles discussions ou tentatives de mesures temporaires.

Sozialismus ist keine „gute Idee, die nur schlecht umgesetzt wurde“. Er ist eine tödliche Ideologie, die auf dem moralischen Diebstahl basiert: „Dein Eigentum gehört eigentlich uns, weil wir es besser wissen und gerechter verteilen.“

Die Verfechter dieser Idee – meistens privilegierte Akademiker, Staatsangestellte auf Lebenszeit oder Erben, die noch nie eine Bilanz mit eigenem Geld unterschrieben haben – predigen Zwang als Nächstenliebe. Sie haben nichts produziert, nichts riskiert, nichts verloren. Und genau deshalb hassen sie das freie Unternehmertum so sehr: Es ist der lebende Beweis, dass man ohne ihre Erlaubnis, ohne ihre Pläne und ohne ihre Bürokratie Wohlstand schaffen kann.

Kapitalismus (echter, unverfälschter) ist das einzige System, das den friedlichen, freiwilligen Tausch zwischen mündigen Individuen zur Grundlage hat. Kein Zentralplaner entscheidet, was produziert wird. Kein Politiker entscheidet, wer was „verdient“. Der Markt – also Milliarden individueller Entscheidungen – belohnt den, der die Bedürfnisse anderer am besten erfüllt.

Jede sozialistische „Umverteilung“ ist nichts anderes als organisierter Raub. Erst wird der Erfolgreiche bestraft, dann der Faule subventioniert, und am Ende steht immer dieselbe Kaste aus neuen Eliten: Parteifunktionäre, Bürokraten und ihre Klientel, die plötzlich ein Luxusleben genießen – während sie den Massen erzählen, Gleichheit bedeute, dass alle gleich arm sind (außer ihnen selbst).
