Building a SaaS is teaching me something interesting.
Getting traffic is hard.
Getting signups is harder.
But figuring out WHY someone signed up? That's a whole different challenge.
That's one of the reasons I'm building Origily.
I'm still learning, testing, and improving it.
Curious: what's the hardest part of growing your SaaS right now?
@Klyra360372 That makes sense! The real value is finding people who have the problem before they even start looking for a solution. Appreciate you explaining how it works!
I think one of the hardest parts of building a SaaS isn't coding.
It's building something, spending hours fixing bugs, finally launching it...
And then realizing nobody knows it exists. ๐
Building is one challenge.
Getting users is a completely different game.
How did you get your first 10 users?
You spent 3 hours writing a Reddit post.
Another hour posting on X.
Then you launched on Product Hunt.
A few days later, you get 10 new signups.
Great! ๐
But here's the question:
Which post actually brought those users?
That's exactly why I'm building Origily.
Because traffic means nothing if you don't know what's working.
How are you tracking your signups?
Meta and Apple working together on AI? ๐
Didn't see that coming.
Meta just unveiled Muse Spark Open, with Apple helping optimize it for Mac hardware.
Two tech giants that have been rivals for years are now collaborating on AI.
The AI race is getting interesting.
What do you think? ๐
AI has made building apps easier than ever.
But here's what I'm curious about:
If anyone can build an app in a weekend now, what will actually separate successful products from the thousands that never get users?
Distribution? Marketing? Solving a real problem?
What's your take?
@HeyFaina That's a great approach. Focus on helping people first instead of pitching. I'm going to put this into practice and see where it leads. Really appreciate the advice!
@Klyra360372 That's actually a really useful idea! Finding people with the problem is one thing, but reaching them at the right moment is another.
Does your extension also track conversations where people describe a problem without explicitly asking for a tool recommendation?
