@evilbluebird Outside of transfer window, they meddle with team selection to stat-pad certain players to bump up their value. They fleeced Arsenal this way with Madueke. When window opens, they bust out their Moneyball analytics machine to find and buy young players to develop and sell.
@bobbyfairview To me, Rosenior lost the dressing room. Almost too similar to how Potter lost the dressing room following Tuchel's sack. These days, Chelsea seems to repeat the same disasters, not success.
@GeorgeMouta Giving away peanuts to what was rightfully Xabi's as a manager anyways. This is 1 contribution by Maresca: proved 1 thing is not right with their model.
@CFCDaily I'm optimistic too but nothing is backing up that optimism. As a matter of fact, the signs show the team has weakened. Not because of Xabi, of course lol.
@ConnCFC The appropriate response would have been: "If I was a fan, I wouldn't believe in those clowns running this club too. But I'm here to do a job and create a miracle to turn the nay-sayers to yes-men fans."
@GeorgeSmileyOBE They quality of coaches hired was abysmal. All of them wanted to use Chelsea as a stepping stone, only Maresca was "successful". SDs hired Maresca anyways, despite his ties with Pep. And they probably never thought City as a rival cos they don't have to compete.
@FrankKhalidUK How did they buy 9 strikers and none of them got good and nobody questioned them? The money to buy a few of the stikers combined would had landed Osimhen.
@Humphrey_Pato "Coaching on the basics"? You mean many of the other first team players don't even have the basics down? In those days, these players get sent out on loans, not play in first team.
@Xabi_era1 He's a great PR hire. A manager with real creds for once, someone whom the dressing room can get behind and took the heat off the clown SDs for that wrecked last season.
