Modi's Defence Minister Parrikar saying that the Rafale aircraft would cost ~700Cr per aircraft & with all additions about 1Lakh Cr for 126 aircraft which was UPA deal. But Modi changed that to 36 aircraft for 60,000 Cr, or >1600 Cr per aircraft. But Modi says he got them cheap!
