@kapilansh_twt while it is part of new things makes old thing obsolete, it run down to this fundamental. they dont have excess money to invest on. These companies are often on razor thin margin and they would have to borrow money just to stay upfloat

@Palmviewcapital The issue of holding stocks longterm is when will you be able to buy stuff. Depending on the location of the property I can be a landlord and collect dividend for fluctuating rent. The stock dividend wont pay much.
