@MyIndusIndBank My wife's account was opened in February 2023 at Virar west IndusInd bank branch with minimum quarterly balance for all 3 accounts was 50K. In Branch upgraded account to Rs. 100000/- without our consent. Bank debited 1062/- They denied the reversal. Don't trust IndusInd bank.

@MyIndusIndBank How your bank can upgraded account and raise minimum balance from 50K to 100K without customers consent? Now your bank is not reversing the deduction. Branch is misleading and giving false commitment. Never expected this from IndusInd bank.

@MyIndusIndBank But in August 2025, IndusInd bank debited Rs. 1062/- for not maintaining quarterly minimum balance. When I visited branch, they informed me that our 3 accounts were upgraded and new minimum balance for quarter is Rs. 100000/- We were not informed before this upgrade.

@MyIndusIndBank My wife's account was opened in February 2023 at Virar west IndusInd bank branch. At that time, bank told me to go for Indus Select where my wife's account was grouped with my account and my daughter's account. Minimum quarterly balance for all 3 accounts was 50K.

@HDFCERGOGIC @pmfby Don't go for HDFC Ergo Insurance . They never settle claim fully. Pathetic customer service. Rude and misleading Surveyor.
