I am filing this public complaint regarding an unfair incident that occurred today while travelling on Ahmedabad Metro.

I am a daily commuter and regularly use an Airtel Payments Bank Metro Card, which is sold and supported at Ahmedabad Metro stations.

No IMAX for District users in Ahmedabad! @district_india @deepigoyal @PicturesPVR @officialavatar @IMAX @bookmyshow

PVR has IMAX screens, shows are visible on BookMyShow, but IMAX option is missing on District app.

District Pass offers 1 free ticket per booking, but users are blocked from booking IMAX, making the offer unusable.

This feels like a dark pattern / unfair practice, advertising benefits while restricting premium screens. Please clarify.
