Today, Dr. @fskulaste, MP, chaired a meeting of the Committee on Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The Agenda of the meeting was :

(i)Briefing by office bearers of All India IDBI Bank SC,ST & OBC Officers & Employees Welfare Association (AIIBSSOOEWA).
(ii)Briefing by representatives of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Ministry of Finance (Department of Investment & Public Asset Management) (DIPAM) / Department of Financial Services (DFS) / Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) on the subject ‘Implementation of Reservation Policy in the Ministries/Departments of the Government of India with specific reference to IDBI.
(iii)Oral evidence from representatives of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways / NHAI on the subject ‘Implementation of Reservation Policy in the Ministries/Departments of the Government of India with specific reference to National Highways Authority of India (NHAI)’.

We are ready for dialogue. AIBOA has participated whenever the Labour Commissioner convened conciliation meetings. Yet, as recorded in the 23 Sept 2026 proceedings, @SecyDIPAM was absent and deliberately avoid talks while @DFS_India participated through VC.

Despite repeated efforts at conciliation, key issues remain unresolved. The 28–30 Sept strike follows due process and continued attempts at dialogue.
