Very worst experience at mathura railway jun station. Very rude behaviour of staff. No sense how to talk. Because mistake UPI at railway station i missed the train and I did get tickets. Because the payment was declined by the receipt bank.

@AmazonHelp Now they asking me to come in private chat and when i go there they are still stuck on arranging 5th return request. I got tired with this by leaving office work aside and taking a calls and chats from the Amazon customer service executive. I again listen the same solution in DM

After sending a product without brand box now Amazon is not taking any responsibilities and asking for the investigation even after return pickup failed 3 times because of brand box. Pickup was also raised by the Amazon after my complaint.

@AmazonHelp For the first time when i talked to customer service they asked me that if the pickup will fails they will initiate the refund, but now they are asking for the investigation. And i am very disappointed with that. Even the executive disconnect the call without listening me.

I ordered a bata shoes with order ID.405-9942955-3275540. I received a shoes without brand box and product seems duplicate so I raised a return request bt it failed bcz of brand box. Now Amazon is not taking any responsibilities.

@AmazonHelp Yes I am already in connection with them from last few days. As there was no brand box i submitted the return request but not picked up by courier boy because of the brand box Then i talked to Amazon customer service and they again arranged a pickup two times but it fails.

Very bad behaviour of the bus driver & conductors. Every one should be careful while taking govt. Bus for the transportation. In rajshthan from abu road to mount abu. I had a very bad experience with bus.
