#WATCH | Delhi: On National Handloom Day, Development Commissioner of Handlooms M. Beena says, "It is a very important day for us... This day is celebrated in all the states where handloom weaving is done. The President will inaugurate the main event in Delhi's Bharat Mandapam. Various programs will take place, including fashion shows, weaving exhibitions, and many more. This will promote the handloom industries. We believe in giving end-to-end support to the handloom industry... A weaver needs a loom, and if their loom is old or they don't have one, then we provide them with a new handloom... The weaver also needs new designs and training, and we provide all the support in the national handloom development program..."
