@AmazonHelp When I have contacted the manufacturer they said I have to return to my retailer(amazon) to get the warranty claimed. And amazon customer support agent said "Amazon cannot take return because return window is closed which means warranty is void".

@amazon @AmazonHelp I bought a product which has three years of manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranty states that you can return to the authorized dealer and can claim warranty. But Amazon customer support tells they cannot take return because their return period is closed
