@MattMahQuein @patricktheheel @SeanRossSapp Unless a contract offer was extended, how would it be enforced apart from some threatening legal letters. "Tampering" happens constantly in wrestling, it is extremely difficult (but not impossible) to enforce.

@patricktheheel @SeanRossSapp A no tampering rule only works when all the organizations' owners come to an agreement on it, so NFL, NBA, NHL, etc. There's no way to really enforce it in pro wrestling, it's more like an unwritten rule of etiquette. Exception is if it was specifically written into a contract.
