Disgusting cust care. No email id to get in tch wth. Scammers accost on WA with promise of refund sending google forms asking card details incl CVV number. No refund given whn a prepaid product is not delivered wth out a reason. Shameful

If for a refund and re-ordet of a product on WA, u ask fir every card detail, then it is ridiculous. Nowhere, is a refund done this way. It automatically gets bk to the account 4m where ut us debited. What's this nonsense. Bware guys. This is a fraud

@ZARA_Care i had placed an order for a perfume for my son 2 b delivered at his hostel in Gurugram. Order number is 54425143717. It was supposed 2 b delivered 2day, 24th Aug but it wasn't. While tracking, it says it reached destination. I am confused. When vl it b delivered?
