@Flipkart@FlipkartSupport has now switched from bot rejections to outright lying.
First, your automated system rejected 6 replacement requests in minutes claiming "images shared do not indicate any issues"—despite 13 clear photos of a split wooden MDF subwoofer cabinet!
Now that you can't deny the giant crack in the photos, your support desk (Incident: IN26101216374373265558) rejected it claiming "the courier partner confirmed delivery with the product being intact"!
The delivery boy rushed my family for the OTP at the door and left without unboxing or inspecting the unit. How can a courier certify an item "intact" without opening the box?
Delivering broken ₹20k+ hardware and hiding behind a botched doorstep handoff is a blatant violation of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules.

Seller: BUZZINDIA
Approve the replacement/reverse pickup today, or I am filing a formal docket with the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and initiating a bank dispute for defective merchandise.

@flipkartsupport The order details are already with your support team under Incident:
IN26101217443512151846. I will not take this off the public timeline while your automated portal continues to auto-reject claims on physically broken hardware with a split MDF cabinet.

When you hear about "human-level AI" being just "one LLM training run away", it's as if people building 3D printers (the kind that makes small, flimsy plastic objects) were telling you that they've nearly built an infinite matter replicator, capable of scanning and cloning any object -- be it steel, gold, or diamond, be it minuscule or building-scale. "We're just one iteration away! Just need to increase spatial resolution a bit!"
As long as you have absolutely no idea what "matter" is and how 3D printers work, it might sound sort of plausible. But if you do, it's absolutely clown shoes. The way to navigate such claims is to have a proper, formal definition of intelligence.
