I order food at 15:30 and it's getting delivered at 16:40 I asked @Swiggy person to cancel my order but he is charging full amount as cancelation fee, I asked why he said it's in sla to delivered in 65 min Can anyone pls calculate the time diff

@ShaadiDotCom @Shaadihelp I have asked multiple times to the support team , how to block the deleted or declined request, but they haven't responded clearly will you guide me how to block with snaps

My experience with @ShaadiDotCom .com has been extremely disappointing. I expected better service and communication, but the experience fell far short of expectations. I hope the team takes genuine customer feedback seriously and improves the platform.
