Participated in the 12th International Yoga Day celebrations held at the historic Cachar Rajbari, Udharbond, organised by the National Ayush Mission, Assam, in collaboration with the District Administration, Cachar.

The programme was graced by Hon’ble Minister for Food, Public Distribution & Consumer Affairs, Housing & Urban Affairs and Cooperation, Shri @iKaushikRai Ji and other dignitaries . It was a pleasure to felicitate and distribute certificates to the winners of the District-Level Yoga Asana Competition 2026 and witness the remarkable enthusiasm of participants towards promoting fitness, wellness and a healthier lifestyle.

The overwhelming participation and commitment towards Yoga truly reflected the spirit of this year's celebration and the growing awareness about holistic well-being in our society.

Participated in a review meeting on National Highway and road infrastructure projects across Barak Valley and Dima Hasao, chaired by Hon’ble Minister Shri @KPaulAssam Ji in the presence of Hon’ble Minister Shri @iKaushikRai Ji

During the meeting, I raised the issue of the deteriorating road condition in the Rangpur (Madhura Point) area due to the ongoing flyover construction, and the deteriorating condition of the Capital Point–Rangirkhari road, which has been causing significant inconvenience to commuters and local residents. The matter was discussed in detail, and necessary directions were issued to address the concerns at the earliest.

Committed to ensuring better road connectivity, improved infrastructure, and timely resolution of public grievances for the benefit of our people.
