🚨IMMIGRATION FIRM EXPOSED🚨

An immigration firm is running an OSAP social media shell network to drain Canadian taxpayers—the Great OSAP Heist just got its newest operator.

A Brampton immigration firm—Wonder Visa Immigration Ltd—has built a shadow advertising network to funnel migrants straight into Ontario's student-aid system.

The firm is a licensed RCIC, with offices in Brampton, Canada, and Ambala, India. On paper, it sells visas. In practice, it runs an entire advertising apparatus engineered to look like a government grants program.

But the ads don't run under the Wonder Visa name. They run under neutral, official-sounding brands—most prominently "Ontario Grants OSAP"—a deliberate choice that buries the immigration firm behind a public-service-style brand.

And the brand is only half the trick. The ads are amplified through paid social media influencers—creators with more than 100,000 followers, whose content is comedy and entertainment, not education. They slip the ad between ordinary reels and drop it straight into the feeds of diaspora households who were never looking for a grants program in the first place.

🧵 1/6 In Another Country, They'd Call It Corruption

DID YOU KNOW? For nearly 4 years (March 2020 to December 2023), the Canadian government had a policy that allowed international students to complete their entire college program overseas, on Zoom, never once setting foot in Canada, and still fully qualify for a Post-Graduation Work Permit.

This happened quietly. During a lockdown. While everyone was at home. And almost nobody talked about it.

Revisiting how Canada's international student program lost its integrity.

The Policy Timeline:
→ March 2020: COVID hits. Borders close. Students already enrolled cannot travel. IRCC introduces a temporary exemption — classes moved online will not affect PGWP eligibility. Reasonable. Nobody was going anywhere.
→ September 2020: Extended. Students can now complete up to 50% of their program from abroad and remain PGWP eligible. Still arguably defensible.

→ February 12, 2021: This is where temporary compassion became something else entirely. Then Immigration Minister Marco Mendicino announced that international students could now complete up to 100% of their program from outside Canada and still be fully eligible for a PGWP. His exact words: "Our message to international students and graduates is simple — we don't just want you to study here, we want you to stay here."

Study from overseas. Pay full Canadian tuition. Attend Zoom lectures at 2 am to account for the time zone. Never once inside a Canadian classroom. Full PGWP at the end.

And who lobbied for this? Colleges and Institutes Canada — the national body representing every college in the country — publicly stated they had been actively calling for exactly this flexibility. They asked and Ottawa delivered.

→ August 2022: Extended again, to August 2023, now scaled to 50% of a program completable from abroad.

→ September 2023: Extended once more to December 31, 2023, for students who had started between September 2022 and December 2023.

Nearly four years. Hundreds of thousands of study permits issued for programs being delivered substantially or entirely online to students sitting in other countries. Full tuition collected. Full PGWP pipeline maintained.

Why was intake never paused?
Because money mattered more than anything else. To the colleges. To the federal government. To every level of a system that depended on the numbers continuing to flow. A paused intake meant paused tuition. And nobody at any level was prepared to let that happen, even at the expense of the integrity of the ISP.

🌹🇨🇦🇨🇦🌹 Today in Ottawa, I stood with permanent residence applicants and their families who are calling for a fairer, more transparent and more efficient immigration process.

Canada is a nation built by immigrants. People come here because they believe in our values—inclusion, fairness, opportunity, the rule of law and respect for every individual.

Security screening is essential to protecting Canada’s national interests and public safety, and I fully support a rigorous process. At the same time, applicants deserve timely decisions, clear communication and transparency. Some of those I met today have been waiting 30, 39, or even 75 months for a response. Behind every application is a person, a family, a career and a future.

Years of uncertainty affect applicants and their loved ones, and risk damaging Canada’s reputation as a welcoming and reliable destination for talent from around the world.

I recognize that IRCC professionals work under significant pressure. The goal is not to criticize public servants, but to encourage meaningful improvements that make the system more efficient, transparent and accountable.

@KanwarSierah A lot of aggressive advertising in Canada for PSW and ECEA courses, especially from private colleges like Plaza College, often suggesting they lead to easy PR. This seems potentially misleading and could be targeting international students or exploiting government-funded programs

🚨Mass fraud in Canada's student visa program.

Auditor General of Canada found that over 150,000 students were potentially non-compliant in just 2 years and Canada investigated only 4k thousand of them.

They found many cases of the straight up fraudulent documents just to enter Canada and later applied for other visas, including surge of asylum claims by students.

The Liberal government was rubber stamping everyone into the country with open arms....Holly f!

Now they are giving them citizenships.
