@ThomsonTvIndia My Thomson TV stopped working after 3 weeks. Thomson support is asking for 80% of invoice to get this fixed. This product is under warranty. 4 months of follow up and no resolution! @Flipkart @flipkartsupport says nothing can be done. your money is gone. Horrible experience.

@ThomsonTvIndia Its been 4 months of followup, Thomson TV purchased from @Flipkart is not working. 4 months and not resolved. Thomson support says LED panel is not covered under warranty, need to pay 80% of invoice to get it replaced. Unethical company, bad product, horrible support. Never buy.

More than 2 mnths since issue reported still not resolved. been asked to pay 80% of invoice to get replacement.Been told LED panel is damage,where as there is no damage to TV. engineer visited twice and checked about damage

@ThomsonTvIndia I Bought Thomson TV it worked for few weeks and LED panel developed some issue. Its been more than 2 months follow up, issue not fixed. I am being asked to pay 80% of invoice to get this fixed. there is no damage to the panel or TV.
Seems waste of money and effort to buy Thomson

@ThomsonTvIndia I purchased LED Thomson TV few weeks back from Flipkart. After 3-4 weeks LED Panel developed issue and not working. Thomson service centre is asking for 80% of invoice cost to fix it.There is no damage . Horrible product,experience.Will never buy Thomson again.

I surrendered Airtel black since 3 weeks, equipment is collected. Still waiting for refund money I paid Rs.1500. Installation was free. Call centre has no clue. IVR has no option to connect for disabled acc. Feel pity that I been with airtel for 17+ yrs.

It’s been almost 4 weeks and my money is not refunded. Every day Airtel person gives a new excuse stating refund will not be issued. Getting refund of my own money is so painful and frustrating. Shame that I opted for
