As instructed by @bankofbaroda in a private post I contacted BoB Customer Care number again. And no surprise! I was told by an executive named Varsha in south accent to contact the branch, which is in a far away city! She even refused to give her full name.
@ICICIBank_Care is fooling customers. My IMPS transfer is not credited to beneficiary account. Upon complaint, bank sent me an sms claiming the transaction was successful. But they made a small mistake. Beneficiary account number in the sms is wrong. They don't care. Case closed.
It seems after my complaint about rude behavior of female employees, my access to tollfree helpline number has been restricted by so-called @ICICIBank_Care.
I have bad experience with @ICICIBank_Care four tollfree customer care female employees. They are argumentative & bossing. Never let the customer talk. And refuse to take any complaint. After horrible experiences I was lucky to get a male exec. He listened and take the complaint.
For any concern @bankofbaroda the only reply will be "Dear Sir/Madam, we're here to help you. In order to protect your privacy and maintain confidentiality, your concern has been replied to via DM." Working of a PSU bank!
@bankofbaroda Yes. Thank you. But it was not necessary. My shared experience is regarding my late father's pension account. Nothing secretive. And the point is BoB is doing nothing about it. Only sending me a private message.
@ICICIBank_Care What is happening in ICICI Bank ? I transferred Rs 100 from my bank account to another bank account by NEFT at 3:35 pm today. Money is not deposited in another account yet at 22:48 even after registering a complaint!

Never buy Liquid Fund @AxisMutualFund after 1:30. You will not get allotment of units before T+2 days. This is what I'm told by Customer Care executive on phone.
@abslmf@abslmf only has to clarify whether it is true or not. Whether AMC is using customer's money to earn interest at the cost of customer or not ? Whether it takes undue advantage or not ? What @SEBI_India and @amfiindia doing ?
If you buy liquid fund after 1:30 @abslmf on Friday & money gets deposited in AMC's account before 3:00, customer gets the units allotment on Monday only. AMC interprets the rule of "Business Day" in this way. It enjoys the bank interest free for 2 days at the loss of customer.
@abslmf@abslmf is fast becoming a blind monolith. No Customer service. Nonsensical use of AI. Now, I want to know about the MD. Administration of the company is going nowhere.
When I inquired about the renewal of my @BajajHealth insurance policy by mail, I was directed to contact 02048562555. When I dialed this number, it is taking me round & round. No executive contact. What a system @BajajHealth is developing !
