@ShamikaRavi Interesting data. But needs further insights after breaking it down as others have suggested. If it still portrays similar tilt after analysing for education level, income group as well as age wise, then it would great insight for focused action
@PIB_India Very timely and appropriate next steps taken by the govt. Kudos to the govt leadership and the officers involved in strategising and implementing.
@hvgoenka These lines from Gurudev’s Gitanjali is very relevant in today’s confused geo political world. Thanks sir for reminding this again. This should be the moral compass for the humanity.
When I look around, I am reminded of Rabindranath Tagore’s poem:
Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high
Where knowledge is free
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls
Where words come out from the depth of truth
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit
Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever-widening thought and action
Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake.
A great innings has come to an end. The finest all rounder I have seen in the game of cricket! RIP Sir Garfield Sobers. 🖤🏏
Enjoy his 6 sixes in an over…..
Massive congratulations to @PawanKChandana, @bharathdaka, the brilliant @SkyrootA team and the enablers at ISRO and IN-SPACe.
History has been made as India’s private space sector enters a new era with Vikram-1 acing all mission objectives on its maiden orbital flight. True proof of what Atmanirbhar Bharat means!
With the average age of the team just 28 years, this is proof for the world what young India can achieve.
Jai Hind 🇮🇳!
@narendramodi Hearty congratulations on this remarkable feat and achievement for the nation. I see it as an inflection point for sustainability journey as well as resurgence of India’s innovative prowess. Kudos!!!
We may be the last generation able to set the terms on which humanity and machines coexist.
If AI is to be powerful, it must be governed.
If AI is to be trusted, those who build it must be accountable.
If AI is to be global, it must be fair.
And if AI is to serve the future, it must not consume the future.
Let’s build a future of AI by humanity, with humanity, for all humanity.
Two hundred and fifty years ago, a group of Americans signed their names to a piece of parchment and made a promise no nation had ever made before: that we're all created equal, endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights — life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
We're the only nation in history built not on ethnicity, or blood, or geography but on an idea. That's always been what makes us exceptional. We chose that path 250 years ago but that’s where the work began, not where it ended. Every generation has had to choose it again. At Valley Forge, at Gettysburg, on the beaches of Normandy, in the streets of Selma. Americans recommitted themselves to the principles on which our nation was founded.
Now it's our turn.
There's nothing guaranteed about our democracy. We have to fight for it, defend it, and earn it. Over and over, year after year. That's not a burden. That's what it means to be an American.
250 years in, we still haven't fully lived up to those words in the Declaration. But we've never walked away from them, and this July 4, I hope all of us can commit to one thing: that we never will. I don't believe we're as divided as we're told we are. I've bet my whole life on the American people, and I'm not stopping now.
Happy 250th birthday, America. Our story isn't finished. Let's keep writing it together.
@narendramodi Some theme based museums like Indian architecture, sculptures, scientific achievements, regional rural life or tribal traditions and history or regional themes etc can considered. I believe, it will be a major tourist multiplier.
@narendramodi Thanks. Airports are important infra to promote tourism apart from facilitating services to local people.
In fact, India lacks major museums in key places, which can propel growth in tourism. Few museums need to be built in the scale of Paris’s Louver museum to showcase India.
Be humble. You could be wrong.
Be forgiving. You also make mistakes.
Be honest. Character is a door opener.
Be generous. Givers sleep better at night.
Be grateful. Luck seeks the thankful.
Be courageous. Not doing leads to regret.
Be yourself. You will be happier.
Always be kind.
At the end of life, nobody remembers your bank balance, your job title, or your follower count. What people remember are the lives you touched, the kindness you showed, and the difference you made.
The winning enterprises will not simply produce more, they will understand global demand, embrace digital transformation, leverage AI, meet international standards, and deliver consistently on cost, quality & timelines. Government can only create the enabling environment, but the enterprise must seize the opportunity to scale globally.(2/3)
We believe the most powerful ideas are born at the intersection of different perspectives, different journeys, and different ways of seeing the world. That is why inclusion and equality matter, not as policy, but as practice.
Over the years, we’ve strengthened this commitment through policies, mentorship, gender sensitisation, and open dialogue. What began as a conversation with around 50 women leaders across the Group a few years ago has today grown into a community of nearly 120 women leaders, who continue to champion this agenda as advocates of change.
These conversations have brought together experiences and viewpoints from across businesses and geographies, helping us make significant progress on our inclusion and equality agenda.
At our latest roundtable with this community of women leaders, the discussion centred on nurturing inclusion and a strong speak-up culture at every level of the organisation. When people feel safe sharing their perspectives, and know their voice is valued, teams and organisations grow stronger.
That is the culture we must continue building, together.
