My Sister visited an SBI branch for a mobile number update. Request accepted, but even after a week—no action.

On follow-up, she was told it can’t be updated for 90 days. Later revealed: staff error.

Why should customers suffer?

@cultfitofficial Since the last 4 days i have been trying to contact your support team but each time I was assured that someone would contact me and finally no one contacted. To my surprise someone closed the request stating Not Contactable. How strange....is this the service???

Was finding Cred to be useful for paying Card Bills. It has been observed that Payments done are getting failed. Infact it showed success, i collected the rewards even. I paid for IDFC Bank Card 3 times and all failed no intimation from Cred even. @CRED_club . Will u compensate ?
