House owner - Premchand Jatav (SC). Converted long ago. Whole colony knows his house as ‘church’ where 30-35 people gather every Sunday for ‘satsang’. Cross sign visible.

Neighbours told me if anybody fell ill, Premchand would ask their kin to come to his ‘medical church’.

He was jailed last Sunday by @ghaziabadpolice from Vijay Nagar under anti-forced conversion law, along with a pastor, Vinod, who hails from Kerala

I checked with Premchand’s son Ashish, who refused to come on camera, but confessed the whole family has SC caste certificates. He himself is preparing for civil services.

When asked about the conversion activities, he tried to play smart, saying why doesn’t the BJP govt announce this country as Hindu Rashtra and abolish article 25. When I asked why he was continuing to use SC certificate, his reply - ‘we have not converted. We just rented our house to the pastor on Sundays’!

SC identity documents and benefits of all such families must be cancelled in line with babasaheb’s constitution
