Dear Sir/Ma'am.. I travelled to Dammam from Bengaluru (via Mumbai) on Aug 26th. @IndiGo6E has not delivered my baggage. It has been more than 12 hours, but they have not tracked the baggage. Their customer care is not responsive as well.

Have worst experience of my life. Flight from Bengaluru to Mumbai 2 hours late. Managed to reach T2 from T1 on my own but staff refused to onboard me saying my luggage can't be loaded to 6e 81 Flight to Dammam. After some heated exchange agreed to onboard me.
