🧾Vote Chori: The Scam That Stole Your Vote 🗳️

A straight, no-jargon explainer for anyone who just wants the truth.

1️⃣ What is the "Vote Chori" scam and why is everyone talking about it?

It’s vote theft large-scale rigging of electoral rolls using fake, duplicate, and illegal voter entries to swing results in BJP’s favour.

This isn't a claim. It's backed by data, documents, and verified rolls.

2️⃣ Who exposed it and how did it start?
@INCIndia and @RahulGandhi began investigating after spotting abnormal voting patterns.

📍 In Bangalore Central Lok Sabha seat (2024), Congress led in 7 out of 8 assembly segments by 82,000 votes.

But BJP gained a 1.15 lakh lead in just one: Mahadevapura, flipping the seat. That’s where it began.

📍Five months after Lok Sabha elections, the Maharashtra assembly elections saw addition of 39 Lakh new voters in just 5 months which is more than the new voters added in 5 years, between 2019 and 2024.

3️⃣ What did they find? And how serious is it?

In Mahadevapura assembly in Karnataka alone:

🧾 1,00,250+ fake/manipulated voter entries
That’s one constituency. Enough to flip not just a seat, but an entire election.

4️⃣ But how can votes be faked in India today?

By rigging the voter list:

🔹 Duplicate names
🔹 Fake addresses
🔹 Blurry photos
🔹 Illegal additions

When that happens, the vote is stolen before you press the EVM button.

5️⃣ What are “duplicate voters”?

Same name. Same photo. Same voter ID.
🧍‍♂️ Registered in multiple booths, even across states.
▶️ 11,965 duplicates found in one segment alone.

6️⃣ What are “fake or invalid addresses”?

Voters listed at:
🏚️ House No. 0
🍺 Breweries
✂️ Salons
💈 Shops
▶️ 40,009 entries with fake or unverifiable addresses. You can't vote from a building that doesn’t exist.

7️⃣ How can 60–80 people be registered at one address?

Right! But they were.

▶️ Single-room homes had 80 registered voters.
▶️ One brewery had 68 voters listed.
This isn’t accommodation, it’s manipulation.

8️⃣ What is Form 6 and how was it misused?

Form 6 is for first-time voters.
It was abused to add duplicate and fake names.

▶️ Shakun Rani, 70, was added twice in 2 months, both voted.
▶️ Thousands over 40, 50, 70 years were added as “new” voters.
📌 Total misused entries: 33,692

9️⃣ What about the photos? How can that be fraud?

📸 Over 4,132 entries had:
🔹 Blurry faces
🔹 Cropped or micro images
🔹 Same photo, resized and reused

This makes voter verification impossible, easy for someone else to impersonate.

🔟 How did Congress verify all this?

���️ By hand. Manually.

The EC refuses to give machine-readable digital rolls.
We had to print lakhs of pages and manually compare data.

💻 If EC released digital files, software or AI could detect fraud instantly.

📌 But EC made it hard, by design. 🙂

1️⃣1️⃣ Did Congress inform the Election Commission? What was the response?

Yes.
📨 4 letters
📢 Press conferences
🏛️ Raised in Parliament

The EC:
❌ Refused digital rolls
❌ Denied CCTV footage
❌ Changed rules midway
👉 Instead of fixing the fraud, they went after the whistleblowers.

1️⃣2️⃣ Why didn’t EC act, even after seeing the proof?

If the EC was neutral —
🔸 Why hide data?
🔸 Why destroy evidence?
🔸 Why demand an oath from Rahul Gandhi, not a probe into 1 lakh fake votes?

They are guilty.

1️⃣3️⃣ Is this only in one seat or one state?

Nope.

🚨 Similar fraud is being uncovered in:
🔹 Maharashtra
🔹 Madhya Pradesh
🔹 Haryana
🔹 Bihar

It's not an accident. It's a template.

1️⃣4️⃣ What is the “SIR” process in Bihar and why is it suspicious?

🧾 SIR = Special Intensive Revision of rolls.

It’s meant to clean voter lists.

Instead, it is used to remove real voters and insert thousands of fake voters ahead of elections.

Same scam. Same beneficiary.

1️⃣5️⃣ Does this actually impact election results?

Yes. Hugely.

Many seats are won by thin margins.
One rigged assembly segment can flip an entire Lok Sabha seat, as it happened in Bangalore Central.

1️⃣6️⃣ Any other example?

📍 Haryana: Congress lost 8 seats by just 22,779 votes.
📍 BJP won 25 Lok Sabha seats with margins under 33,000 votes.

That’s all they needed to retain power.

1️⃣7️⃣ So… did this help BJP stay in power in 2024?

Yes.

When fake voters decide close seats, and those seats decide who rules
👎 The mandate becomes a manufactured lie.

1️⃣8️⃣ If this is true, why isn't BJP asking for an inquiry?

Because they’re benefitting.
Any political party would demand an investigation.
But BJP is busy defending the EC instead.
That's confession.

1️⃣9️⃣ What has the EC officially said?

❌ No answers
❌ No investigation
❌ No transparency
Instead of acting on the scam they’re targeting Rahul Gandhi, the man who exposed it.
