@star_orm After speaking to your support team I realized that the entire company is competing with each other to reject claims and make company profitable.They will go to any extent that they will pretend to be illiterate that they can't understand what is in document.Customer should read

@StarHealthIns How many more days i have to wait. ? Customer complaint has no value at all in your company. When I emailed regarding false reminder mails you had ignored it. And later rejected it stating that documents are not submitted. Shame on you. Better do some robbery than looting people

Star health is fraud. Claim no :CIR/2027/111111/0665953 rejected stating documents not submitted. Then what else is submitted for which I got acknowledgement twice.Your team is full of fraud. Cheating the customer. Will definitely approach the court and sue you.
