They already arranged the technician visit as per the job sheet u shared and they are again going to arrange technician visit. They only waste the time of customers and earn bank interest after blocking your money.

I placed an order for Chimney & after 12 days they cancelled my order saying that nt able to fulfill. Nw offer has ended and no way to buy at discount prices even from Amazon

@JioCare Yes, a service request was raised on 4th June and today on 7th you were unable to resolved the issue this is also a fact. The main part is that u frauds r doing nothing except rescheduling the complaint to get more profit. Note that- I will not pay u in charity whn it was down.

@reliancejio Its one of the biggest fraud company of India. Internet is nt working frm last 3 days bt u need rental 4 that period. Entire family hi fraud hai. Anil Ambani ki tarah Mukesh Ambani bhi ab wahi sab kar raha hai jiski wajah se Anil ka reliance telecom close hua. @_MukeshAmbani
