Whatever #Ramayana assets I’ve seen so far, one thing is clear we’re going to witness things never seen before. They keep refining the visuals from teaser to trailer to the latest song. The final output is going to be top-notch 🔥
Ramayana Music Work in full swing !!!
Recording Session for Music going on for #Ramayana at Air Lyndhurst Studios, London with Namit Malhotra, AR Rahman, Nitesh Tiwari , Hans Zimmer, Matty Dunkley (Works with Zimmer) 🔥🔥
We are about to witness something generational and Oscar worthy music.
T-Series has been consistently making edits and posting content for the song, while on the other hand, our own @WorldOfRamayana admin isn’t even able to repost it. That is just a shitty move by the marketing team. The main purpose of a movie’s social media accounts is to engage with the audience through regular posts, respond to fan art, repost fan edits, acknowledge fan creations, and actually interact with the community. These are some of the most basic things a social media marketing team should be doing.
The responsibility for this needs to be addressed at the top, including @malhotra_namit, Rashi Oberoi, Global Marketing Head at @PF__Studios, @dneg, and especially SPICE PR, the PR agency hired for the campaign. From an audience perspective, the lack of genuine engagement is becoming increasingly frustrating. Instead of building a strong connection with the fans, the account often feels disconnected from the very audience that is creating and promoting content around movie. If fans are spending their own time creating edits, fan art, posters, theories and promotional content, the least the official account can do is acknowledge and amplify that effort.
A movie of this scale has an enormous opportunity to build a community around it before release. Every fan edit, every piece of fan art, every discussion and every viral post is free organic promotion. Your job should be to identify that momentum, amplify it and keep the conversation alive. You don’t need to manufacture every interaction yourself when thousands of fans are already doing the work for you.
It’s high time the @WorldOfRamayana admin changes the way it engages with the audience. You cannot take your fans and audience for granted, especially when they are voluntarily creating content and promoting your movie. A social media account should not simply be a notice board for official announcements. It should feel alive, responsive and connected to the fandom. Ignoring that community can cost you valuable organic momentum, and the marketing team needs to understand that before it is too late.

#Ramayana
AN UPDATE WHICH I POSTED MORE THAN 1.5 YEARS AGO, has now been validated by the production designer of #Ramayana, Subrata Chakraborty, that JOEL HYNEK worked on Ramayana. Not that I needed this video, I literally have his picture working on the set. So another day, another W for me. Nice.
