Can you see the screenshot of when the validity ends? It says it ends on 15th March, it's been three days I do not have any internet connection, can you arrange a technician to resolve the issue. I have no access to any of the services that I am paying for. Please help

@reliancejio I had recharged for 2999 on 24th November 2023. It is showing that the service will end on 15th March 2024. But I haven't had an internet connection for the past few three days. Attaching SS from my jio app. Pl arrange technician to resolve the issue at the earliest
