@IGPcom This clearly means the delivery was not attempted. They said they’d rearrange the delivery between 7-11 PM. That doesn’t work. I have my party at 7. The worst experience I’ve had. Ruined my day and now it’s too late to get a special cake here.

@IGPcom Ordered a cake for my birthday today. Paid extra for the 12-2 PM delivery slot. No one called me in this duration and said the delivery was attempted. Plus I didn’t get any name & number of the delivery agent. When I asked to share the number, they didn’t have it.

Disappointed with #jiofibre #Jio installation service. The installation guy called me at 11 AM and I was not available at that time so asked him to visit today at 2-2:30 PM. He instead put the request on hold where I was asked to reschedule through the app.

Again upon calling the customer service, the lady who picked up said that there are no slots available today and she cannot do anything. This is some #lousy service #Reliance #Jio. This is not what I was promised on the previous call. Whom should I hold responsible for this?

@Swiggy @HDFC_Bank card is not working for me. I feel cheated. I got my card on Aug 19th and still it has not gotten linked to my account despite several attempts. My Swiggy One membership is obviously not working. Swiggy team has not yet provided a resolution.

The #WORST domestic transfer experience at the @KolkataAirport: @IndiGo6E 6E505 to 6E377. The airport staff were extremely unprofessional & refused to cooperate. Instead added more steps when our final boarding call was already announced.
