@KarlTurnerMP People who say ‘what’s the problem’ will only see it when they or someone they love has been accused of a crime which they deny. Then they will rage at how unfair it is that they can’t be tried by a jury of peers. Would you really want guilt to be decided by one person’s view?

Sure, there are many people who commit horrific acts of sexual violence and murder. But imagine being wrongly accused of rape, or - as the Post Masters discovered - wrong accused of theft.

Imagine being labelled a perpetrator before you’ve had your say?
