🚨 MS DHONI SHARES HIS FUNNY MOMENTS WITH WIFE 🚨
MS Dhoni 🗣️:
“I retired from Test cricket in 2015, so I got a little more time with my family. Generally, my wife and I don’t talk much about cricket, but one day we were watching a match together"
The bowler delivered a wide, the batter stepped out and got stumped. My wife immediately said, ‘He’s not out, you can’t be stumped off a wide!’
By the time she finished saying ‘not out’, the batter had already started walking back. She was confident they would call him back.
I told her, ‘Stumping is not allowed only on a no-ball, not on a wide.’
She replied, ‘You don’t know anything, just watch, they’ll call him back!’ " 🤣🤣

#TheRajaSaab Trailer 2.0 showcases the scale and magnitude of the film and clearly explains why such a big runtime is required. A film with this kind of vast canvas naturally needs more than a three-hour duration. The trailer also suggests that the movie has multiple layers, a strong story, and emotional depth, blending horror with entertainment. #Prabhas appears in a completely new avatar and seems to be delivering several big moments for fans and audiences. The final shot is out of the box and leaves a strong impact.
Just by watching the trailer, it is clear that #Maruthi is coming with his best work. He also puts to rest all doubts about handling a big star hero, as the film’s scale and visuals clearly show that it stands on par with Prabhas’s recent pan-Indian films.
My Two simple requests to PROMOTE #TheRajaSaab:
1) Cut a sharp 10 to 20 second action packed clip from the new trailer and run it as YouTube ads. Use different languages based on regions to massively increase reach.
2) Attach #TheRajaSaabTrailer 2.0 immediately to #Dhurandhar and all films currently running in theatres, especially Hindi films.
RajaSaab needs aggressive promotions with influencers and horror based reels/shorts but at the very least, first please consider these two steps since #Prabhas will likely limit promotions to just one or two interviews.
@selvanmshan@Simon_Ingari Let’s not get into India’s work culture too much. I hope you remember the statement Narayana Murthy made about working hours.
@Idrewabird@Simon_Ingari My point is that when a candidate has a 90-day notice period, they receive an offer from one company with an expected salary. During the long gap before the joining date, they attend other interviews, use the existing offer as leverage, and ask for a higher salaryfromnewcompanies
@Joaquin11836623@Simon_Ingari Yes, I agree with that. I explained to the person who raised the concern that the market has always worked this way—HR typically prefers immediate joiners or shorter notice periods
@kehlarn@Simon_Ingari You need to understand one thing here: HR is not the owner of the company. Just like a tech team works with SLAs and ticket timelines, HR also has targets, deadlines, and accountability to meet.
@Simon_Ingari Just like a candidate expects a higher salary based on their skills and experience, HR also expects the candidate to honor the offer that has been released and join as committed.
@Simon_Ingari Unfortunately, some candidates even hold multiple offers and continue negotiating. When they finally decide not to join, the HR who released the offer has to give explanations, and the entire hiring process starts again from scratch.
@Simon_Ingari The point here is being misunderstood. HRs ask for immediate joiners because they are under pressure to close positions quickly. HR is not the owner of the company—if a candidate doesn’t join after accepting the offer, it often becomes an escalation for the HR.
@Simon_Ingari If we restart the interview process, it again means a 90-day notice period, and there is a high chance the same offer-shopping will happen. In such situations, it becomes difficult to understand when we can actually close the position and successfully make a hire.
@Simon_Ingari I am a HR. We are okay with a 90-day notice period. However, the challenge starts when candidates accept our offer, use it to resign, and then attend other interviews to get counter-offers and renegotiate salary.
It is #SandeepReddyVanga’s birthday today and back in 2021 to 2023 #Prabhas used to wish everyone with proper Instagram posts instead of stories, which honestly used to annoy me 😅 but now if it is for @ImVangaSandeep, I would happily wait for a direct post. And if possible, a picture of both of them together would be perfect, since we still have not got a single photo of Prabhas and Vanga together ❤️🔥📸
