No updates, no compensation, no urgency from your team. Where is my luggage? What are you actually doing? I need a real update + compensation now. This is totally ridiculous!

Losing luggage is one thing, but the complete lack of communication, urgency, and accountability is unacceptable. A passenger deserves answers and fair compensation, not silence. Please resolve this immediately.
